In Partnership with the Southern Weekend

Huntsville Restaurant Week returns August 14th

Get your taste buds ready!

August 14th kicks off the 9th annual Huntsville Restaurant Week, a county-wide event that highlights the Rocket City’s diverse culinary scene by promoting locally owned and operated restaurants, food trucks, breweries, bakeries, and much more. This year, over 50 local eateries are participating with unique menu items and special offerings.

And because of COVID-19, things this year may look a little different. But that doesn’t mean you still can’t take part in the celebration as event organizers and local restaurants are providing you with alternative ways to enjoy the amazing food.

If you feel comfortable, dining in remains an option – all the participants are complying with state guidelines in terms of sanitation, face coverings, and social distancing. If not, take out this year is easier than ever as the Huntsville/Madison County Convention & Vistors Bureau has partnered with GrubSouth so you can enjoy the flavors of Restaurant Week from the safety of your home.

As a bonus this year, the CVB will be hosting ten days of giveaways through social media. All you have to do is post to either Facebook or Instagram using the official hashtag #DineHsv with your best foodie photos, and you’ll be entered in for your chance to win restaurant gift cards and other prizes.

And be sure to keep up with the CVB’s own #iHeartHsv blog to see featured content all through the month of August.
